They took over a week for an approval and the approval was for 1/4 of the amount Dakotaland FCU in town could do. Asked for answers of why and never got contacted back.
The customer service was phenomenal!!!

This is just the best bank I’ve ever had. The people are always so friendly and always remember my name and I love it.
Friendly and helpful staff. They actually have humans that one can speak with and they know what they are talking about. Apologies for being sarcastic. It's sad that increasingly, being able to interact with a qualified person at a place of business without making an appointment, is not an option.
