Walked into the bank. There were zero customers in the entire bank, there were also no cars in the drive-through. There were two employees sitting behind the counter, and i asked if I could open a checking account. Employees told me there’s nobody there that can help me why don’t I try to come back in like 20 minutes. There are lots of banks in Sioux City, try to find one that actually cares about customer service . Not impressed with Central Bank.
Tellers are friendly and efficient. I really like this bank!
