I opened an account with Central Bank after receiving a promotional offer. Before setting up my direct deposit, I called the branch to make sure I understood the requirements. I was given specific information by a bank employee and set everything up based on what I was told. Later, I found out the information was incorrect and was told I didn't qualify for the promotion after all. Excellent service.
We really appreciate all the sweet ladies & the young man that work at the Main St. Central Bank. They are always so helpful! Everyone in that office has a smile on their face and that we get all the help we need. We use their services for work and while we do a lot online with their wonderful and easy to navigate website, it is nice to be able to go in and talk to them if the need arises. It's a great business in our small community!
This bank is fanomal! Everyone is kind and helpful, and constantly has extra suggestions. I've been through about 11 banks since my early 20's, and this one is the best I've found. They have options, for building credit, when yours is poor or no credit, its a excellent way to start, and most other banks won't give they opportunity.
