Blaine was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable of all bank services. It was privilege having him opening my accounts.
Such a friendly, professional location! I followed Zed here from the College blvd location because she is the best! Zed is always knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind!
I only give a 2 star because of previous experience, otherwise based on today's experience it would be a zero star all thanks to the clerk/banker Zed. She was so passive aggressive to me. I have been with the bank for 4 years. I know how it works. She was already sending me to another bank and I haven't said a word

If you're interested in opening a new account with a bank, I highly recommend you go to this Central bank location on S. Blackwell Rd. in Olathe. Ms. Zed was my customer service staff member there and she was incredible. She helped me with every aspect of opening my new checking and savings account and also pointed out things to me so I could get $300 free from the bank when I start my direct deposits as well as other bonuses that will pay me money.
