This has got to be one of the biggest examples of poor business practices, especially from a bank, that I've seen in years. I looked at their website and they list five different options for checking accounts, one of which is "Free" (so they say) and another where the fee is waived for direct deposits over $500 a month. Nicole not only handled her portion of our purchase expertly, but went above and beyond to handle issues that came up with our closing that were not even her responsibility. I highly recommend her and the Central Bank team.
Our experience was exceptional working with the Shoal Creek location that referred us to the Mortgage Department for our new home. Our closing was not complicated and we were in our home very soon after closing!
