Everytime I'm in there or on the phone, EVERYBODY is extremely polite and curtious to my needs or inquiries. I've received help from them a lot on taking care of things. This location is 9200 Barry rd, Kansas City missouri. There is another location that I can't remember the address to but, Luritza was extremely helpful as well. I had an actual webonar with her and she was great! I'm glad to bank with Central Bank. I would recommend them!
Zoe is super helpful. She’s always the first one to smile and greet me, even if she’s on the phone. There’s been some problems with others at this location reaching out to help me, but she never hesitates. I will always recommend getting help from her. She cares about my personal life, and remembers conversations we’ve had in the past! I will keep going to this location as long as she is there to help.

I absolutely love Bank of the Midwest at Barry Road and Flintlock! The customer service is outstanding and I always enjoy my interaction with Will at the teller booth. The whole team there is very friendly and welcoming, and do a great job of informing me on every detail of my account. They offer full banking options, and I have banked with them for many years.
