I just left this location 30 minutes ago. I went into this Sun fresh store that has a Central Bank. I’ve never did any transactions at this location, but since it was 11:37 AM, I did not want to risk trying to find a different location because it’s a Saturday and most locations close at 12 so I decided to go in and one of the employees told me to use the ATM. I like this bank but the phone customer service leaves much to be desired. There is very little they will help you with when you call. Everything is handled as a very "black and white" issue. If you have questions outside of what they know to tell you then you're left to figure things out on your own. I had a charge on my checking account that I did not remember doing.
