I am not happy with this location and I'm contemplating changing banks. I have cashed the same checks and deposited the same checks for 7 years but when I ask for $30 back on over $400 in checks, I'm told no because I don't have enough money. Well duh......but none of my checks have ever bounced in that 7 years and other locations have done it. Why is this location so complicated?
