If you don’t mind waiting 12 days for a CASHIERS CHECK NOT personal check to clear over 6k because of the wknds then this is your bank. Not for me. Don’t try to call customer service number it won’t help I asked for a supervisor on the phone he questioned me why when we had a 10 min conversation why I was upset. Also they had told me on the phone that no funds would be held and it would be available after midnight obviously not true. Should have stuck with my other bank disappointed.
The ladies at the 291&152 Branch are so helpful and nice!! Made sure to make me feel welcome and cared for!! Love their office!

Went to this location for the first time to get a new business debit card made and Jen made the process fun and easy. My new favorite branch. 10/10 recommend this branch!
