I love this bank and especially my branch at 291 Highway. Christina and the entire crew are extremely helpful with all my banking needs.
Megan Webster is an absolute saint! She's helped me with opening up a checking, and savings account, and helped me set up my credit card. Everyone there is so helpful and patient, I can't begin to say how grateful I am for all the help they provide.
Megan is very nice and knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff, I always appreciate being greeted by name.
Megan Webster, you're a Godsend!! My wife and I had an issue with the 'authorized user' of a Credit Card not being able to see the credit line or make payments in their app. Megan was amazing and called her support line and got the issue fixed (even when other branches said it couldn't be done), and she did it with smile and a very pleasant attitude. Megan is the epitome of customer service!!
