Central Bank of the Ozarks is a horrible bank. Highly recommend not banking with them. On Labor Day 2025 I had a fraudulent charge on my account that happened at The Wash Shop (a local car wash). It has to be fraudulent because I didn’t go anywhere near a car wash in about a month and a half. So come Tuesday the day after the holiday I called and reported it to the fraud department that said I would receive a email by Friday (the 5th). I am in TOTAL DISBELIEF - especially in 2025 - that if you attempt to withdraw more than your daily debit card limit (from Central Bank) and then lower your request to meet the parameters of your daily account withdrawal……BECAUSE YOU ATTEMPTED MORE THAN YOUR DAILY LIMIT - YOUR ALLOWED DAILY LIMIT WILL NOT WORK!! Can anyone - ANYONE - please explain or better yet, educate me as to when this type of foolishness STOPS?!?!?!
