I went to the bank today, Alyssa told me good morning took care of my transaction. She was very polite and nice. She is very fun to talk to and friendly. It made my banking experience fun and exciting.

This branch has the best Customer Service ever! I had several issues to resolve, and Laura Craft, the Assistant Branch Manager bent over backwards to help me. She stuck with me, following up afterwards until the corrections and changes were in place and finalized. My husband and I have been customers of Central Bank for over 20 years, and have dealt with many different branches, this one is exceptional, and we plan to do all our banking with them from now on. So reassuring to know bankers like Laura there when we need them.
