Just moved back to Missouri from Texas and was pleasantly surprised to find a Central Bank close. Went in to open accounts and was greeted By Jackie Morris which then took the time to explain all the bank had to offer and get my accounts open. She was very helpful. I would highly recommend Jackie and the Peasant Hope branch.
I had some unforeseen issues with my bank account. Sherri at the Pleasant Hope office gave impeccable customer service, and totally understood my dilemma. I hung up the phone feeling very satisfied and glad I was part of a team of Central Bank for 40+ years. Thank you Sherri Henderson Davis
I live in Pleasant Hope but always end up going to Fair Grove because Pleasant Hope can’t always help me with replacing a card or needing a notary. Desree Kapica is a God send. She has helped me many times over . Thanks for employees like her , available and knowledgeable in so many different aspects of the bank ! Thanks Desree !
I couldn't ask for a better place to bank then Central Bank. The customer service is absolutely amazing.
Need better hours. Being closed on Saturday is not handy at all. Drive thru doesn't open until 9 and closes at 5. So if you work at all, you can't go to the bank. Driving business away with those hours.
