I live in Pleasant Hope but always end up going to Fair Grove because Pleasant Hope can’t always help me with replacing a card or needing a notary. Desree Kapica is a God send. She has helped me many times over . Thanks for employees like her , available and knowledgeable in so many different aspects of the bank ! Thanks Desree !
I couldn't ask for a better place to bank then Central Bank. The customer service is absolutely amazing.
Need better hours. Being closed on Saturday is not handy at all. Drive thru doesn't open until 9 and closes at 5. So if you work at all, you can't go to the bank. Driving business away with those hours.
While I enjoyed working with this mortgage company initially, they are too small to hold onto your loan. The minute I closed my loan was sold to a predatory mortgage company that had a data breach within the first 2 weeks and then lost my proof of insurance and almost forced a 2000 dollar premium on me since their website wasn't working. It is not worth it to go with a small mortgage company when you will just be sold the next minute.
