Unhappy customer This banks services and bill payment service is lacking. I have dealt with an issue where they automatically updated my bill payment payee address to an incorrect address. It resulted in my mortgage payment going to an unknown address for 2 months in a row. While they fixed the issue with the payee and wrote a letter to the payee taking blame for the error, it was a nightmare to have corrected and removed from my credit report. Damage was still done. Metcalf- 7pm Business Day Cutoff! The most significant advantage Metcalf Bank has over other local banks is there business day cutoff time. Unlike most other local and chain banks whose business day cutoff is at 5 pm, Metcalf Banks cutoff time is 7 pm Monday Friday. This is great because when you get off work you havent already missed the cutoff time that would usually sets you back another day. On most cases, deposits show up by the next business day. Metcalf Bank is great. I always go to Metcalf bank to do withdrawls out of their ATM. They don't charge me a fee and I have found numerous other banks do(including Bank of America!)

Great Customer Service I've been through many banks in my life and by far Platte Valley has been my favorite! They are always so nice and personable. There's never a wait when you call them. I had a problem where my employer bounced my paycheck, and in return I bounced several checks. I called and explained the situation to them and they were SO understanding.They took all of my overdraft charges and gave me a chance to get another check from my employer. I would recommend them for any banking needs!
Great Banking! Platte Valley Bank is a great place to bank. We have been using their checking since June and I have to say they are really good to their customers. We recently ran into an issue with one of our debit cards and even though they were technically closed someone still answered the phone and helped us out. I will be setting up the on line bill pay soon.
First National Bank Of Missouri First National Bank Of Missouri is a really nice bank to go to. I just started a savings account here a little while ago and I really like it. The workers are all super friendly and always call you by name. If you enjoy that friendly, feel like your at home feeling they make sure they do it here. So go check them out you won't be sorry.
we like u can go there any time for cashing checks. atm machine. great location in the center of main street.the know u by name. never have a problem with long lines.
