I made a complaint to this Bank because they never sent my tax forms. I reviewed them on Yelp poorly. The next thing I am getting a letter from the vice president, Julie Auen, that my account is being closed soon. When I spoke to her, I guess a her, she tried to use brute authority. Over a small checking account? I have had to wait for tax forms, debit cards, withdrawl request from their investors(never place money there), for months at a time. Horrible customer service.
