I cannot give enough compliments to Micaela at the Creve Coeur location. We arrived at 5:05pm after being turned away from First Bank for a service for elderly customers that many banks refuse to participate in. The staff at CB opened their doors for us, welcomed my mother in, and Micaela spent the next 45 minutes after hours helping my mother get this special account set up. We were so happy to complete this and that she was willing to stay to help us. Her efforts went above and beyond and will not be forgotten.
