The people are nice but service is much slower than at other branches and it seems like they are much less sure of how to do things. Graham is quick, understanding and seems knowledgeable. The lady who is often at the Tellers desk seems knowledgeable and helpful and the supervisor is very kind and helpful. Johann struggles more and seems to be there most often.
