I went to Central Bank and Laurie Workman is the one who tried helping me but wasn't much help, she was rude and hateful and couldn't even answer basic questions. Than I get a call from Miranda Deckard and I went in to the Branch to talk to her and she was really helpful and friendly but informed me that she was closing my account due to my profile because James Schweitzer from Security told her she had no choice but to close my account. I been with Central Bank over 10 years and this is how they treat you!

Laurie was exceptional in assisting me with CD, financial and legal forms with estate documents. Also, she assisted with opening new debit and credit cards for international travel. She was informative and patient with me in the process. She went above and beyond with customer service. KUDOS!!
Absolutely phenomenal experience with central bank. Ella is a standout teller and has given me a great experience everytime I’ve been in. Ella is the true voice of the banking world and we are so blessed to have her here at our local central bank. She has always counted cash correctly and given me wonderful cashiers checks. Shes a great young lady filled with integrity and always has a smile on her face. Highly recommend her and the rest of the crew!
