I love this branch. The team is so customer service focused, friendly, and welcoming . This bank is like banks used to be . They care about you. And helpful with a smile. A great place to put your trust and money into.

Tried to open a checking account here and it was going to take 4 days and two in person visits. Trying to push everything online and then delays responding. Wanted to be a customer here due to the proximity to home but Central bank added too many hoops.
Brand-new location with beautiful interior that is very modern. Staff is very accommodating and they greeted us the minute we came in the door to open an account. location is 320 East Hickman Rd. Waukee, Iowa. Just One block east from the Fairway grocery store.
