Went to my bank to stop the automatic payments for my loan and I filled out the form and signed it. This morning I see they charged me $25 fee but no one said anything about the fee. I have been here for few years and will be closing my account today. They will screw you over don’t bank here. This is not my first time having issues with this bank. Even when I was filling out the stop payment form the teller wasn’t sure how to assist me or answer my questions.
Very friendly staff and you can do everything on line from savings to checking to home mortgage and never need to go to the bank.

I love this branch. The team is so customer service focused, friendly, and welcoming . This bank is like banks used to be . They care about you. And helpful with a smile. A great place to put your trust and money into.
