Great bank!
This is a wonderful bank! I’ve been working with Logan at the West Des Moines location in relation to my grandpa’s account who lives in Cherokee, IA and goes to that location. My grandma passed away in early October which was the trigger to me needing to be added onto the account as POA to assist my grandpa with finances. Logan has been fantastic since day one and I’m so grateful for his assistance and kindness throughout the process.
