Great bank!
This is a wonderful bank! I’ve been working with Logan at the West Des Moines location in relation to my grandpa’s account who lives in Cherokee, IA and goes to that location. My grandma passed away in early October which was the trigger to me needing to be added onto the account as POA to assist my grandpa with finances. Logan has been fantastic since day one and I’m so grateful for his assistance and kindness throughout the process.
Very nice people and chill atmosphere.
The team here are great to work with. Always polite and prompt, highly recommend them for your local banking needs!
Nicest workers of all the locations, but still the worst bank ever. Do not bank here. They charge you for everything and will slap you with overdraft fees before you're overdrawn.
