If you want a bank where no one cares, from management to all the way down to employees, this is your bank. If you work 8am - 5pm, good luck getting service here unless maybe you take a special break at lunch or in the middle of the day. As a business owner who sometimes has to make deposits certain times of the day they make it difficult but like most banks and credit unions I am sure they just do not care. My wife and I really enjoyed choosing Central Bank as newly weds. They provided smooth assistance when purchasing our first home. They’re accommodating, considerate, and will give you the time of day even as a walk in. Fabulous team they have at the location on Mills Civic WDM.
Best banking experience! I just relocated back to Iowa and had a bad experience with a different banking institution and this was hands down so much better! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful! I banked Cole and he was able to answer all of my needs and was able to save me money with an auto loan as well as setting me up with a new account! I appreciate his help and making this process so easy!
