Zero Stars if possible. Worse bank I have ever dealt with. Was in car dealership for 3 hours waiting for them to send me pay off on my auto loan so I could discuss trade. They said it takes 36-48 hours. I placed 4 phone calls to them same answer no one could help me. I got stuck with them because of the dealership I bought form used them.
I have several accounts including credit card accounts and I have had the worst experience since opening an account with Central Bank. If you like fast simple banking do not opening an account with this bank. Even after having issues with their automated they still wanted to charge me $15 fee to take a payment...smh. Just awful way to do business. If you see one of these branches opening up near you avoid like the plague!
