They need to update their hours on the website and on here. It's Columbus Day today and according to the website and on here, they are open. All they have is a piece of paper in the drive thru window saying they are closed today and will be open tomorrow morning at regular business hours. That's the only piece of paper that is posted stating that they are closed, none on the doors or anywhere else, just the drive thru window. If I had a dollar for every minute of my time this bank (specifically mortgage banker Diana Koontz and Chris Kruger) has wasted I wouldn't have needed the mortgage to begin with. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your banking.
