Absolute worst customer service from Glen Roach who happens to be the manager , I waited for over 15 min to bring them more business while he was visiting with someone and talking about trump , Russia , the Middle East , the second coming , Muslims , and many more inappropriate topics that don’t belong in a bank environment, be aware of your surroundings and who your audience is, closed my accounts and took my business elsewhere .
Far left lane has a taller speaker for trucks in the drive thru.
They still use deposit slips and the drive thru is SUPER fast.
A key for their night drop box is no extra cost.
Free notary services for account holders.
The drive up is very fast. For trucks try the outside lane, it is taller.
I've had an account here for 32 years.... Never a complaint.
