I went thru the drive up ATM. Got my cash ALL in 20's. Went inside to exchange for larger bills and they wouldn't do it because I'm no a bank customer. I bank at US BANK . Central Bank is supposedly a sister bank to US BANK. Something so minor as exchanging bills from THEIR ATM and they won't do it. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
Locked my card without notifying me then lied to me on the phone then lied when they said they were going to schedule a call back. I've lost time and money dealing with these issues and am disgusted by the way they conduct business.
