So friendly! So patient!! Sheri goes above and beyond to make sure I understand my banking!
I spoke with a gentleman in the loan operations department regarding a payoff for an auto loan. The agent hung up the phone and was extremely rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone if that is how they treat customers. Perhaps their customer service needs a little work.
