Dakota knows her stuff. I felt confident that I knew what to do as Dakota went through it and helped me do the stretches that need to be done.
Mitch was awesome to speak with, gave me complete details, and I could take as much time as I needed, and he gave me recommendations on what to do next. He was very helpful. I definitely recommend him for any Physio and shockwave treatments needed.
