Today will be the 3rd day in a row that my ride in over 10 minutes past my late window pick up time. Someone needs to do a better job lining up the scheduled rides. I use this service to get to and from work. It's so bad I have to schedule my rides 1 hour before I'm due to be at work. I admit they had gotten better but it appears things are going downhill again. All of the drivers are extremely polite and make wonderful conversation on their rides. The drivers also take care to keep on time and get you to your destination safely. The receptionists are wonderful and take your questions seriously without ever getting upset for asking “too many questions”
Based on personal experience. I can tell you, we're better off with a bus system. Not sure how this place stays funded while also being the single worst thing about kenai
