All of the drivers are extremely polite and make wonderful conversation on their rides. The drivers also take care to keep on time and get you to your destination safely. The receptionists are wonderful and take your questions seriously without ever getting upset for asking “too many questions”
Based on personal experience. I can tell you, we're better off with a bus system. Not sure how this place stays funded while also being the single worst thing about kenai
Very regressive staff
This last year they've improved carts 100% even the drivers are nice and is with anything you have to have understanding and the weather isn't always perfect
I cannot say enough wonderful things about CARTS. I have been using CARTS to get to Dr appointments. The drivers are always friendly and are safe drivers. The staff answering the phones and scheduling the rides are some of the most polite people. They always try their best to accommodate changing schedules. I highly recommend CARTS if you are in need of reliable, courteous transportation.
