The “higher ups” are not ethical and do not care about staff or the residents happiness. Wouldn’t ever recommend anyone work there for the sake of their mental health and physical! Working conditions are unfair, hard people working all day and won’t let their staff sit without feeling guilt tripped.

This is the worst place I've ever worked to in my life, very unprofessional unorganized always Short staff . The administration department needs some changes they are there just for the pay and doesn't care about the facility nor the residents needs at the current moment the building is infested with COVID-19.
