Not helpful. Can’t get ahold if anyone to make an appointment, just get put on hold. When they put you on hold for 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment, the recording is terrible - which makes the wait worse. Not customer friendly at all.

went into the er for my child tonight because I work a fulltime job so I can't get off during normals hours horrible horrible doctor and nurse very rude and snoty and she wasn't wearing her name tag. So I dnt know her name but. after 20 mins of waiting for a tube of cream for my child I went looking for someone to see if we could just leave and get it sent to Walgreens boy did I ever get the worse remarks out of a doctor in my life talked to me like I was below her paygrade to be dealing with so I went back to the room grabb... read more
My mom died a year ago today because they did not have the proper monitoring equipment on her.
Waited 2 hours in the emergency room only to be told to come back later
RecommendedTwo years ago the rehab / physical therapy department worked with me on an old arm and shoulder injury. It was a great experience and highly successful. Today I started physio on an old leg and back injury, and am excited about the evaluation and the initial plan for therapy. The new rehab facilities are outstanding. I am so grateful to have medical services in Paynesville and surrounding towns. Thank you to my doctors and therapists.

My husband is in for a Knee Replacement. Dr.Mulawka was his surgeon. There aren't enough words to tell you how wonderful the whole medical personnel is, at the Paynesville Center Care Hospital. Have loved all the Nurses & their personal care. And even the PT Therapist, who believes in "no pain, no gain" is a great guy. Could not be in a better place, for what my husband has needed, for over 4 years now. And I might additionally add.
