I went to Lynchburg General At 10:30 with back and kidney pain. I was the 4th one in the waiting room. 3 hours later and about 40 more people in the waiting room I was never called back and was told they couldn't tell me when that might be. They had signs up saying you had to wear a mask, there was a lady coughing and vomiting in the bathroom, she came out without a mask to get a towel and returned to the bathroom, I mentioned it to staff, no one checked on her. The waiting room was not divided with the sick ones on one side and injured on the other. I got up to sit in another chair and sat in something wet. Nobody was wiping down anything. I felt so dirty and full of germs by the time I left...without being treated.
