I just really would like to thank this place from the bottom of my heart. I went in thinking I had a simple UTI ( I have an astronomical pain tolerance) when it turned out to be much much worse. I was refused to fill any prescriptions ( for my safety as I was told to go to ED) my resting heart rate was very high I spent 6 hours later in the Gretna er after my husband took me and was diagnosed with a severe double kidney infection!! The wait was short. The staff friendly and professional. The doctor professional and patient in you asking questions. Place was very clean. Recommend .
Can't keep appointments straight always changing. Waited 4 months for a referral to get a MRI
Called after I cut myself with a nail.. bleeding quite a bit.. I called about a Tetanus shot.. Honestly, they had no clue..none.!!!! She didn't even know what a Tetanus shot was.??? I Don't recommend going there.. The front desk woman was TOTALLY clueless.. She couldn't answer one question.. Before I finished my sentence she hung up on me.. Ugh.. Off to the ER.. A simple thing like a tetanus shot.??????
If you go to this place, you best get there when they open before they " meet their daily quota" I was turned away last night at 7:35 pm because they had meet their quota for the day !!! According to the receptionist. I will never go back to this joint and never recommend it to anyone .
