Impossible to get a live person to speak to. When they do connect, they cannot help or answer questions. Also, the Credit union is operating in archaic times.... recommend not doing any business here!!!
I've been with centra for 18 years and never had any issues until the last 2 years. They implemented (at some point) overdraft fees which is fine, however it's not something you can opt out of. If there's not enough funds in the account the card should be declined. The card no longer gets declined unless at a physical location, excluding gas stations, which makes absolutely no sense because it should decline no matter what type of transaction, online or in person. My call was never answered.
Customer service means NOTHING!!! Had a car loan for 3 years paid every month paid on time every month paid I. Full they owed me 472 was told would have it in 7 to 10 biz days it's been over 2 months get told differant story each time rude employees!!!
