Centra credit union has some of the most polite bank tellers. And they will help in any way possible to help their customers. They are also great at notarizing things if needed. Only place I'll use for financial services. I use all location in my area we needed. Have never had any issue with anything related to Centra. All are great ppl.
Blake Adams went above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend Centra Credit Union.
Brittany was very slow Then as soon as I got to the counter to cash a $22 check. Scanned my drivers license and asked me why I came inside instead of the drive thru Horrible customer service
Elizabeth was amazing! She walked me through the whole process of starting up my new account. I would highly recommend!
