Talked to a loan officer about refinancing my vehicle and/or adding money to my loan, was told to wait till march for special rates if I wanted to given I was approved for refinancing on this vehicle, she pulled my credit and everything and when I went in today to refinance with a different loan officer, I was told it couldn’t be done and that loan officer talked to the one I was previously talking to and she lied and said i was only approved for a credit card and not for refinancing
I have been banking here for years. All the tellers are so sweet and treat me with respect. We're not change banks for anything.
