Centra Credit Union is one of the worse experiences I have had with banks. For a year or more they have moved to Automated Machines when you call. I the past 5 months I was able to get ahold of a real person 1 time. On top of that, they clearly dont want to negotiate or help. I've tried being friendly, calm, and collective. Its very hard to do with a company that doesn't communicate efficiently. If I could drop them and remove my loan I would. This is not a bank to go to for anything. Even personal banking sucks.
