Katlyn was so helpful, she was able to help me get my card.Canceled and a new one right away.Such great customer service. With always having a smile on her face.No matter the day or the situation, she's always there with to greet you with a smile.
Sometimes they have only a couple of people working the counters and the line can be a 30+ min wait. If you can do the drive-thru I highly recommend it. Everyone is always nice and I always get done what I need to.

terrible expirience in this location, we went through the drive through to cash some checks as exchange student , we went with our host grandma that has an account there, the guy told us to put our checks in he was very unexpirienced he didn’t explain himself clearly when we already gave him our checks he told us that we had to go inside and create a new account even if we are exchange students and are leaving in a month
