terrible expirience in this location, we went through the drive through to cash some checks as exchange student , we went with our host grandma that has an account there, the guy told us to put our checks in he was very unexpirienced he didn’t explain himself clearly when we already gave him our checks he told us that we had to go inside and create a new account even if we are exchange students and are leaving in a month
I had an excellent experience. I worked with Ivy she is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better customer service representative. She was able to help me get through all of my issues and set up all sorts of security for my account, making me feel safer. With my account more secure again, I can walk out feeling relieved. IVY IS A ONE OF A KIND.They are LUCKY to have her.And I've always been able to get great service from Centra.
Good place to bank other then the under writers not giving a honest answer on my credit score even tho I reached out to Jefferson Capital and TransUnion and the other two to see why my Verizon wireless bill was still on there after I waited 30 days and have proof that it's been tooken off my credit score but either way they give no honest answer on a loan but I've noticed they pick and choose who they want to loan to hopefully one day they will be on the better business bureau I'm tired of being told my credit ain't ok to ge... read more
