Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! 30 minutes on hold for a very simple question and the still were not to my call! I drive to this branch while still on hold and still wasn’t answered! The response to my complaint about the customer service was “well you have to wait in line everywhere”… ok prissy little boy but the problem is when the line is so backed up like that no one can get help and peoples financial accounts are important.. if a line is THAT backed up that js a problem with how the business is ran and staffing pr... read more
Always helpful, professional and caring. I've never had a problem with them and Brian is really nice and takes the time to help if you have questions. Best bank and people I've ever had.
Everyone is always friendly. Ivonne and Bryan always remember previous conversations we’ve had. This branch is a little out of way but the fact they remember my face. I drive the extra miles
The staff are very friendly and professional. They always help and sure information.
Do not ever bank with any Centra bank/company. The company supposedly stands by integrity and can’t even do that. This branch definitely. They do not care for you or the money you work so hard for. I’d give zero stars if I could.
