Only because ATM calls dont get answered every time i come here ! Have to end up going inside.. Tellers inside are a great help !
Tried calling for hours and wasn’t able to get ahold of a real person, just automated message after automated message.
Wally Lopez and Jacob Evans , did an awesome job helping me refinance my loans and giving me great advice and answering all my questions. These guys know what they are doing and handle my account with great professionalism. Centra has been awesome to work with and have been a tremendous help.
Half the time everything is pending in my account and it takes 3-5 days for them to pull out any transactions. Anytime I call with a question I get redirected until I either hang up or they close for the day. Not happy with this bank and ready to move on.
This is a credit union n you must belong to this credit union in order to receive service n or products they offer...Great bunch of employees here. Always kind n courtesy when I've been in there..
