Very unhappy with the service that I've received up to this point. I put in more than a half of a million dollars and very poor follow-up and it's difficult to get ahold of Chad. I have called him many times and he seems to have trouble calling me back. Very poor follow up after the sale and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want to purchase an annuity.
