My 84 year old mother is living there , she has lived there for at least 5 years. She ended up going to the hospital. And while she was gone 2 people from the 2nd floor went in. & helped her clean up. That was about 1 month ago and now she has bed bugs!! When she went to the manger they told her she would be responsible for the bug man to come in and take care of it and they are telling her that even if management comes in to help her take stuff off the wall they are going to charge her and outrageous amount.
