I went to the bank to request new checks due to a change of address. She was informed that checks cannot be exchanged with my new address. Very bad attitude with the way I was treated. I insisted and told someone else to help me. She asked me for my driver's license. The information she put in computer made me intentionally write down an apartment. I have never lived in apartments.
