Excellent customer service!
We have been going to Centerpoint for years. Every once in awhile feedback and responsiveness have been slow. This year we had some state return issues. It now November, I have called, emailed, stopped by the office and no response from Kelvin. I'm not one to jump and give a business a low rating. But this one deals with my money. I hard is it to respond to your customers. We will be looking for a new tax service.
My wife and I have been with Centerpoint Tax for over 20 years. The service has always been top-notch. The level of knowledge has always been 100% and then some I highly recommend everyone to use or consider using Centerpoint tax for their tax needs.
