I order tack and clothing from them on 11/27/2020. I did not get a tracking number for my shipment, nor did I get it. I've email numerous times and their phone is disconnected. I have ordered from them before in 2019 and didn't have any issues. I don't know if they closed and some one else took over the domain name and now they are scamming people but.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I ordered $400 worth of tack from Centerline Style and it was never shipped. Their phone number is disconnected, their chat function does not work, and no one answered my emails. I tracked down the owner Lindsey on social media and asked for her help, and although she responded saying she would refund me, she never did. Placed and paid for an order April 4th. The owner finally responded after four months asking for order number so she could check on order and I provided that. Almost two weeks later and still nothing. She says they rarely check social media. Well then you shouldn’t accept online orders. I left numerous phone messages and sent many emails; never responded and now the phone number is “ temporarily” unavailable. Failure to provide goods for payment is fraud and unethical! Please give me a refund!
I ordered a custom Samshield helmet. The money was charged to my credit card immediately. I still haven’t received my helmet. ZERO communication from the company, despite many emails, messages on their site, and DM’s. It’s been 10 weeks and I have NO helmet. NO communication. No idea if it’s even been ordered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Centerline Style shouldn’t even be in business. At this point I either want my helmet or a refund. This is fraudulent and totally unacceptable!
