I cannot quite put into words how Alex has helped me. I started seeing Alex during my second trimester of pregnancy. I had a c section, due to breech baby, with my first born and during this second pregnancy I was determined to have a VBAC homebirth. I’ve been seeing Alex for over a month. He is really good at what he does. Very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Centered spirit for any pain before or after surgery.

My experience at Centered Spirit has been life changing. I started going to see Alex in 2018 when I was facing some health issues. Little did I know how past trauma from many years prior could have such an impact on my health today. Alex has introduced me to holistic healing methods that have given me clarity, peace, mobility, and relief. I am grateful every day for finding Centered Spirit.

To write in a review the process and benefits I’ve received with Alex’s help seems merely impossible but I want to tell you, the benefits I’ve seen from working with Alex and his help has been life impacting.
