Erica did an amazing job, she was very knowledgeable and the environment was very calming and relaxing. Definitely will come back again!
Speaking with Erica was very pleasant she explains all of her services, in a professional kind and easy to understand manner, and convinced me to continue on with massage therapy and explained tension of my wrist and hands and gave me exercises to do. I will definitely be using her services in the near future! 5 Stars!
Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment and paid $110 in advance for a massage. She canceled my appointment and didn’t have the decency to notify me. I arrived on time, waited, and eventually left. Now she’s refusing to refund my money. I’ve contacted her multiple times. She had nothing but excuses for why she won’t return my money. Now she is GHOSTING ME. Her unethical business practices should be illegal. DO NOT BOOK with her unless you wish to have YOUR MONEY STOLEN!
Erica helped me feel so much better after our session. She was so kind. Very informative and attentive to what I needed. I’ll definitely be back!
