I started seeing Raina earlier this year for pelvic floor therapy when I started having pelvic, hip and back pain entering my second trimester of pregnancy. I was having a hard time walking, standing up and getting out of bed. We worked out a plan with some simple and manageable at home workouts. After just a few of appointments over 3-4 weeks my pain was gone! Raina is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All of our sessions have been educational and an enjoyable experience.
Raina is extremely knowledgeable. I started seeing her for pelvic health in pregnancy and then later in pregnancy for lower back & hip pain. Her assessments are very thorough, and she really takes the time to figure out the root of the problem. She provided me with many exercise/stretching options to try throughout my treatment. She also is very professional, and I felt very comfortable during each session. I highly recommend Raina at Centered In Health Physiotherapy!
I can’t express how grateful I am for Raina, she has helped me so much, she is so kind, understanding and knowledgeable, she is always learning new information and techniques! I highly recommend her to anyone that needs any kind of physio!!!
