Very professional.
After one session with Sean I felt immediate relief from hip pain and tightness and left with exercizes to continue treatment at home. Sean explained in detail his analysis of the causes of pain and the approach to a long term solution. I know others who have had similar experiences. Would certainly recommend.
Not Recommended I booked an RMT session for my wife, but the experience was very disappointing. It felt more like a talking session than a proper massage. Only a bit of herbal oil was applied with a light rub — nothing professional. The environment had an unpleasant smell, and the RMT herself seemed quite dirty and lacking basic hygiene. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, unprofessional and not recommended. However, this depends on the RMT
Elizabeth was great. Listened to what I needed and I did feel significantly better afterward.
Alignment, fascia release, and cranial sacral therapy from Jade was all achieved in 60 minutes! Jade’s quick assessment, focus on areas of concern and finishing with a therapeutic massage all helped my extension and flexibility with my muscular skeletal system. Amazing release, thank you Jade for your healing energy!
