Jennifer is incredible!
So glad I decided try a session with a new RMT at Centered Dynamic Therapies. Jade was able to gently dig in to specific area and create immediate release and space for my shoulder issue that I have had for over a year. It wasn't an immediate fix, but it certainly helped to release and create a little more range of motion in the moment. So I will definitely be back!
Such a great massage
I’ve had treatments with both Jade and Sean and I am so grateful for their work. Sean is an amazing osteopath and 10/10 would recommend. He’s helped me work through old injuries and find more ease in moving. Jade is an awesome RMT and I always leave feeling 1000 times better.
Sean is very attentive and provided great insight. His methods are easy on the body and mind .He provides a professional atmosphere while remaining very much a real person.
