My partner has had a few sessions with Mary-Gillian and really enjoyed them. She wasn’t able to make an appointment and they were great in letting me take the spot last minute. There was a lot of intention as a first time visitor. Mary-Gillian put in a lot of effort to learn about my specific needs and what areas of my body she could help me with.
Jade is amazing! He takes your concerns and plans treatments accordingly. It has been so great having someone be able to massage and work on issues for performance rather than just relaxation techniques. I came in with a few issues from years of weightlifting and bodybuilding style training and I am confident that with continuous treatment in the next few months I’ll be moving better than ever!
I highly recommend Sean for osteopathic manual therapy. My experience was exceptional. Sean made sure I was comfortable and he explained the treatment he was performing and why he was doing it. I left the treatment feeling confident that I will recover from long term pain.
Sean is an absolute magician ! His hands on methods and at home excersizes have produced better results than Ive found in any other practice. My shoulder, neck and back pain is significantly improved and mobility is returning in quick order. Highly recommend
Elizabeth was a great RMT. I felt comfortable and more relaxed after.
