This year I made the decision to change things I knew were not good and have not been good for some time now. After discussing a few areas of concern with my doctor, he recommended health and wellness coaching and offered a referral to Centered. The initial call solidified my decision. I knew almost instantly this is exactly what I needed. I felt welcomed, heard, and engaged. I feel like the changes I need are possible.
Sunni's approach to coaching is both deeply compassionate and incredibly practical. Instead of feeling judged or pressured, I felt safe, supported, and empowered to make real changes that actually lasted well beyond the chaos. The tools and insight I gained didn't just help me cope, they helped me rebuild with clarity and confidence. I highly recommend Centered for anyone navigating burnout from all of life's circumstances.
I am always looking for ways to engage my ELA students. Offering interaction with Centered and the conscious choices curriculum proved a success. Doing so opened the class up to new methodologies and creative practices that led to improved behaviors. As a result, their writing improved tremendously. We look forward to the upcoming school year and another semester of being Centered.
Honestly this is an impeccable service provider especially for those living with mental and emotional health conditions. This is the change I needed or should I say exactly what I needed to make a change. I was hesitant to participate in health and wellness coaching but the outcome is beyond anything I could have expected. Sunni is phenomenal at her craft. At this point we are 4 sessions in and I'm sure this will be a consistent practice for me. My mind has been open to new paths and those paths lead to a better much healthier version of me.
