Honestly this is an impeccable service provider especially for those living with mental and emotional health conditions. I continue to work with Centered because of her positive outlook and skilled insight into topics I bring to the table. She is giving in time and abilities. This is the change I needed or should I say exactly what I needed to make a change. I was hesitant to participate in health and wellness coaching but the outcome is beyond anything I could have expected. Sunni is phenomenal at her craft. At this point we are 4 sessions in and I'm sure this will be a consistent practice for me. My mind has been open to new paths and those paths lead to a better much healthier version of me.

It was a pleasure having Kelly. From the moment she walked in, Kelly exuded a calmness and professionalism that put us all at ease. Session was thoughtful tailored for all levels. Demonstrated a deep understanding of yoga principles as age guides us through a series of poses and stretches. Highly recommended Kelly to anyone that is looking to bring yoga your workplace or personal life.
