The other people seemed nice - but my counselor was late to all sessions, and then yelled at me when I asked about this. Unprofessional does not begin to describe my experience.

Center to Rise has literally changed my life and made my relationship 100% better. Nicole and the entire staff have literally been in our corner since the day we walked through their doors. I didn’t know how bad I needed therapy until actually sitting in our first session. Being heard and feeling heard has been the best thing ever and I didn’t realize how much it would change my life.

I can not speak highly enough about the educational experience I got from Center to Rise. As a student, I had the opportunity to speak to several therapists about the techniques they use such as emotionally-focused therapy, problem-focused, and patient centered approaches.
