DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!! I moved in about a month ago and I've been discriminated, judged and harassed since I moved in it's been ongoing on a daily basis. My first day here was TERRIBLE, my second day here was TERRIBLE and I do not recommend this place for any minority. The landlord does not listen and rushes people to move in here. I hope no one has to experience what I have experienced moving into to Center Ridge Arms. I hate that I even have to give them one star because I wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have to.
Worst management and unprofessionalism I've ever dealt with. The atmosphere is so uncomfortable making any young age minority feel unwanted even as a visitor. Management is never around and does not communicate with her tenants or does reach out to complete her tasks as I witnessed over a short period of time being there. The tenants sit around the lobby as if they had no unit to occupy.
