Centerpoint Wellness is the place to go for pain relief. I've been visiting there for about two years and am never disappointed in my results.
So glad I finally got to take a class at Center Point Wellness. I loved the long, guided savasana after the Mindful Flow Saturday morning class. Also enjoyed how Phyllis started the class with ensuring our muscles were loose and weaving in balance poses throughout. Thank you and I will be back!
I've always left there feeling better physically, emotionally, mentally, it is my safe place for healing and wellness. Terri the owner and all of the instructors (Arti) therapists/acupuncturists listen to your needs and allow you to be vulnerable while using all of their talent and skills to improve your overall wellbeing.
