I have banked at CP, now Hiawatha, Bank &Trust for over 30 years. They have always been great to work with and have helped me and my family navigate through various banking needs. I expect I'll continue to bank with them for a long time to come.
A few weeks ago they replaced all the debit cards and now I can't use my card to pay my loan or credit cards because it's classified as a credit card. Sick of the hurdles this bank makes you jump through and will be finding an alternative.
They have become uncaring about the customer since they merged with Hiawatha office. Use to be a friendly bank but now they are run by Liberals.
