Q my experience at this credit has been the BEST! I met ms Carmen at Atlanta tech and she is the best in the world. Gift from heaven. Opened personal account and a business account. The staff showed service that I haven’t experienced in a long time! Her assist was so professional, knowledgeable and I’m telling everyone to go see me Carmen! Thank you postal credit union.
Since APCU joined with Center PARC it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to simply call and speak with a live person. I was supposed to get a call back since I wasn’t able to get a person on the phone. Instead, I received a call back from an AI assistant that only leaves a voicemail that makes no sense!!! So frustrating….in addition, the reason for my call is because I am not able to access my online account! Really APCU??!!
